Henry was not microchipped.  He was suffering from severe mange as well as being starved and underweight.

Location Found:  Wyong area

Henry was dumped in a crate outside a pound near Wyong, NSW.

He was fostered immediately and received substantial medical treatment for serious mange over his entire body.

His treatment is still ongoing but he is a huge improvement on the awful condition that he was in when he was dumped.
